1. Agreement Overview
This Escrow Agreement governs the use of escrow services provided by OgaPos.com (“OgaPos”).
By initiating an escrow transaction, both the buyer and the seller agree to the terms of this agreement.
2. Role of OgaPos
OgaPos acts as a neutral third-party escrow service provider.
OgaPos will:

- Release funds according to the transaction terms
- OgaPos does not act as a buyer, seller, broker, or agent for either party.
3. Escrow Transaction Process
A typical escrow transaction follows these steps:
- Buyer and seller agree on transaction terms.
- Buyer sends payment to OgaPos escrow.
- OgaPos confirms receipt of funds.
- Seller delivers goods or services.
- Buyer confirms satisfaction.
- OgaPos releases funds to the seller.
4. Delivery and Inspection Period
After delivery, the buyer may have a specified inspection period to confirm that the goods or services meet the agreed terms.
If no dispute is filed during this period, funds may automatically be released to the seller.
5. Disputes
If a dispute occurs between buyer and seller:
- Funds remain locked in escrow
- Both parties may submit evidence
- OgaPos may review transaction details and communications
- After review, OgaPos may decide to:
- Release funds to the seller
- Refund the buyer
- Split funds between parties if appropriate
6. Escrow Fees
OgaPos may charge escrow service fees.
Fees may include:
- Transaction processing fees
- Escrow service fees
- Withdrawal fees
- Applicable fees will be disclosed before completing a transaction.
7. Transaction Cancellation
A transaction may be cancelled if:
- Both parties agree to cancel
- The seller cannot deliver the goods or services
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- If cancelled, funds may be returned to the buyer minus any applicable fees.
8. Liability Limitation
OgaPos shall not be responsible for:
- The quality or authenticity of goods or services
- Misrepresentation by buyers or sellers
- Delays caused by third-party payment providers
- OgaPos is only responsible for holding and releasing funds according to escrow terms.
9. Governing Law
This Escrow Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where OgaPos operates.
10. Acceptance
By using the escrow services provided by OgaPos.com, users confirm that they have read and agreed to this Escrow Agreement.
